ATTESTATION FROM INDIA

For getting non-education documents* attested the following steps are involved Stamping from:

  • Notary from Advocate, India
  • Home Department (Mantarlaya), India
  • Ministry of External Affairs (MoEA) India
  • Foreign Affairs department in Qatar Embassy, India
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Qatar

Delivery Time: 10-12Indian working days

*Non-education documents => Marriage certificates, Birth Certificates, Experience Certificates, death certificate etc.?..

For getting education documents attested there are two options, Indian Embassy option & Qatar Embassy option. Both options are accepted by labour & emigration departments of Qatar.

For Indian Embassy option the following steps are involved

Stamping from:

  • Notary from Advocate, India
  • Home Department (Mantarlaya), India
  • Ministry of External Affairs (MoEA) India
  • Indian Embassy, Qatar
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), -Qatar

Please note: As per Indian Embassy circular, they will accept documents submitted by titleholder of document only. Sometimes they are also accepting through sponsor (Husband / Father etc.) or titleholder?s company PRO.

Taking in consideration the above point, we will be completing first three steps; title holder has the complete stamping from Indian Embassy. If opt for, we can MOFA stamping.

Delivery Time for first three steps: 8 -10 Indian working days

For Qatar Embassy option the following steps are involved

Stamping from:

  • University
  • Human Resources Department (HRD), India
  • Ministry of External Affairs (MoEA) India
  • Foreign Affairs department in Qatar Embassy, India
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Qatar

Delivery Time: 25 -60 Indian working days (working days depends on time taken by university to verify the certificate).
